The Indian food culture is unique and so are its Meal Planning requirements. In India, most meals are prepared from scratch everyday as people eat freshly cooked food for most meals. Indian daily meals are combination meals as opposed to a one-pot-meal prevalent in other cultures. AMIYAA App enables easy meal planning for the Indian Family for their daily home cooking be it for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. AMIYAA takes the stress out of this daily chore by providing an easy-to-use platform with thousands of Meal Ideas, easy to use Meal Planner, Shopping List creation for the entire household’s needs and a lot more. Meal planning is important because with it one can take charge of one’s health and achieve the weight loss/gain and manage other health goals without fuss. Whether one is a vegetarian, non- vegetarian, vegan or counting calories maintaining a balanced diet is crucial to stay healthy. Incorporating healthy meal ideas into one’s meal planning is a great way to keep the home cooking simple. With quick and healthy recipes, daily meals are both tasty, filling and nutritious.
